Facultative Reinsurance

We offer quick and efficient advice on the structuring and placing of facultative reinsurance cover. The Ed Broking Group employs facultative reinsurance experts that develop solutions in close cooperation with the office carrying out the placement.

Obligatory Reinsurance (Treaty)

We work closely with our colleagues across the Ed Broking Group, making sure to make use of their extensive cross-sector know-how. The actuarial modelling required for transactions of this kind is carried out in-house using the market-leading tool from URS. At the request of our customers, we also seek the involvement of local and established actuarial companies to reinforce the objectivity of our risk and structural analyses.

Wholesale

In cooperation with insurance brokers and underwriting agents, we are responsible for the placing and structuring of insurance solutions.

In the course of this work:

we establish links with new insurance markets,
develop new structures and new products, and
place risks outside the local brokerage markets.
