The first good news: The new headquarters of Junge & Co, located at Hohe Bleichen 11 in Hamburg, is incredibly beautiful and full of Hanseatic traditions. Our new “navigation bridge” covers 1,200 sqm on the open and bright fourth floor; of course, a productive, constructive work climate is included as well.

The second good news is how you benefit from this move: Departments that had been functioning separately have now been merged in order to concentrate our energies even more on realising the “one client, one team” business approach.

Your feedback has motivated us to continue on the path we have deemed right. For this reason, we are restructuring the operational departments into customer-dedicated teams that cover both the placement and claims areas. We are very pleased that, for the time being, Wulf Rathmanner will lead this area.

What this means for you in future: Your account manager is the one and only contact person for all of your maritime insurance-related matters. They will continue to be actively supported by the experts you already know from managing your policies. You further benefit from innovations like our electronic document management system and various IT solutions.
